I used Care By April for 12 weeks after an achillies rupture surgery left me less than independent at hone. When I was early post-op, my care provider, Erika, helped with bathing, light house keeping, laundry, and all the survival things. She picked up groceries and meds. She was more than just my "nurse" as she also was a huge part of keeping my mental health in check as I recovered from my Achilles rupture. Care by April did an amazing job with my mom. Lisa and Karina took such good care of her so I didn't worry about leaving her. I highly recommend Care by April.
We requested services from Care By April when my mom was ill so she could stay in her own home for as long as she could. We were assigned Erika. Erika is wonderful! She was very thorough with her intake and proceeded to care for my mom with huge compassion like she was family. She also had a personal touch by including my dad in conversation while she was in the home. My mom has passed and my dad is in assisted living so we don’t receive services anymore but Erika still asks about my dad which shows her caring nature!
Our family highly recommends Care by April and her team of caregivers. Tina, our caregiver, is so caring, kind, compassionate, and gentle with my father. He looks forward to her visits and his smile when she enters his room is priceless! We cannot thank Care by April (especially Tina) enough for the service they provide! Tina truly has become part of our family!
I can't say enough good things about Care by April. My Mom loved "her" girls that came to help or take her where she needed to go. Highly recommend.
