Our first visit was great. They were friendly and did great with our big Saint Bernard. However the attempt at making a second appointment went bad. The online booking option was not working correctly which, isn't a big deal but the customer service I received after calling for more info was terrible, so bad that I was left feeling very uncomfortable and I no longer trust them with my dog. Very good customer service,they adjusted the appointment time to my schedule, deeply appreciated, my doggy was looking very nice & happy afterwards ...this was our first visit and we liked enough to recommend it...thank you girls.

Great place! Very friendly staff. Took our English bulldog for the first time and very pleased!
What a amazing place to get your dogs nails trimmed. After petsmart traumatized my dog, I took him here and they cut my 13 yo 180 pound dog nails right outside of there shop. My dog was as happy and as calm as could be!! Such a good place
They were very caring and our dog looked great. It was easy to setup an appointment and our dog's grooming didn't take that long.
Aang and Korra were calm and at home which is not like them at the groomer. They really liked sean and they smelled great and were super soft and clean!
