We are here to help you when your Vet office is closed at night weekends or Holidays, We are open 365 days a year.

I have used this ER Vet clinic on several occassions for feline injuries. I have seen all 3 vets and had top notch service with compassion and caring. Over and above expectations.
Very caring staff and very reasonable prices.
Took our 13 year old Cocker in for emergency treatment. Good care and service.
If you care about your pet..PLEASE DONT take them here!The employees are so rude I would not want to leave my dog! If they are mean to a child ..they are mean to anything!!! Not a good place!
I have been to the emergency hospital 3 times and each time was a positive experience. The last time I took Nigel my terrier who had brain swelling and severe blood poisoning from something he ate. He was totally out of it and I was sure he was going to die. Anyway he survived and is good as ever thanks to 3 days of intensive care,plasma transfusions and meds to reduce the welling in his brain. My cat because ill Friday night and I rushed him to the CARE Clinic on Asheville Hwy. The entire staff (Vet, Techs, etc.) were the most considerate and compassionate group. Dr. Modave (sp) hit the diagnosis spot on and his recommendations were thoughtful and genuine. I could not recommend this Clinic any higher than 5 Stars but I would have if I could. Your pet would be in excellent and caring hands at the Clinic. I will continue to use them in the future should the need arise. Thanks!
I am involved in cat rescue and often these cats need emergency treatment. I have been to this clinic at least 15 times with rescue cats and with my own cats, and have seen all three vets. All the vets and their staff have been competent and caring, and I highly recommend anyone taking their pets there.
GREAT My experience at this clinic was outstanding. I rase and train Field Trial beagles and ocassionaly need the service of a vet at night and on weekends. I have found the staff at Spartanburg Emergency Clinic to be friendly ,sympathic,professional, and above all very knowledgeable about small animals. The facility was attractive and very clean. Dr Christian Lowrimore was the vet on duty durning my last visit and she is SUPER. I feel very lucky to have them in SPTBG.hound wgodfrey07@charter.net
horrible.they sent my dog home and said he was fine.he died under of the bed of internal injuries and my child woke up to find him with blood coming from his nose and mouth.when we called them ,they were not only unsympathetic but downright nasty to us.so sad for our lil beagle oliver.
