I don’t normally get on here and write reviews, but after what our family went through, I felt like I needed to. On January 2nd, 2026, my dad started feeling real dizzy and weak, and before we knew it, things got bad in a hurry. At one point he just went completely unresponsive right there in front of us. Care ambulance is the worst service for life saving care. My daughter suffered an overdose on July 92025. It took them nearly 45 minutes for them to Arrive. Once they arrived they nonchalantly took their time to come and help. And they proceeded to NOT ALLOW ME HER MOTHER to ride with her to the hospital. This was a mistake. I know now that if trouble ever arises again I have to take matters into my own hands. Shame on them for no compassion or empathy.

Absolutely unprofessional and DANGEROUS group of EMT's My 14 year old stepdaughter overdosed on benadryl, We were told an ambulance was in route and it would be 10 minutes, they didnt show up until 30 minutes after I called 911 and by then she was blue.
