Care am blue is the worst service for life saving care. My daughter suffered an overdose on July 92025. It took them nearly 45 minutes for them to Arrive. Once they arrived they nonchalantly took their time to come and help. And they proceeded to NOT ALLOW ME HER MOTHER to ride with her to the hospital. This was a mistake. I know now that if trouble ever arises again I have to take matters into my own hands. Shame on them for no compassion or empathy.
Absolutely unprofessional and DANGEROUS group of EMT's My 14 year old stepdaughter overdosed on benadryl, We were told an ambulance was in route and it would be 10 minutes, they didnt show up until 30 minutes after I called 911 and by then she was blue. When they arrived they nonchalantly exited their ambulance with no sense of urgency. Forgot to return ID and medical card now I have to drive to their location and get. They should have offered someone to drop it back at my location.
They treated me so well when they took me home from the rehab they are wonderful it made me feel at ease on my way home
