I would like to thank Aaron and Caleb for all of there help. My oxygen machine was messed up. They had me swap over to my portable oxygen and monitored my oxygen levels cause they were low. Them when they hooked me up to my tank. The value was broken so I had to go back to portable one. These 2 guys went and got a valve off of one of there tanks on ambulance and hooked it up to my tank. On Dec 3 I was transferred to the ER by Ron and his able assistant. Ron's compassion and professionalism were truly outstanding throughout the whole experience. I want to express my gratitude to these gentlemen.
never personally used them but just passed one with lights/siren on and all I gotta say is I’d hate to be on the receiving end because they were in NO hurry… lol, I’d skip this company if you actually wanna live
Totally unprofessional and rude. Tried to get out of taking my baby to the ER. Montgomery fire came back and took us themselves because your supervisor with the thick black glasses is a jerk and they apologized for him, as did the Haynes dispatcher my husband called to try and get our baby help.
The driver took the longest way to Wetumpka up the interstate and through Millbrook to get to Wetumpka Rehab and Nursing home. He fell asleep and ran off the road three times. Hope I never need an ambulance again.
