On Dec 3 I was transferred to the ER by Ron and his able assistant. Ron's compassion and professionalism were truly outstanding throughout the whole experience. I want to express my gratitude to these gentlemen.
never personally used them but just passed one with lights/siren on and all I gotta say is I’d hate to be on the receiving end because they were in NO hurry… lol, I’d skip this company if you actually wanna live
Totally unprofessional and rude. Tried to get out of taking my baby to the ER. Montgomery fire came back and took us themselves because your supervisor with the thick black glasses is a jerk and they apologized for him, as did the Haynes dispatcher my husband called to try and get our baby help.
The driver took the longest way to Wetumpka up the interstate and through Millbrook to get to Wetumpka Rehab and Nursing home. He fell asleep and ran off the road three times. Hope I never need an ambulance again.
These people don’t care about NOTHING!! They take your emergencies as a joke! Down play your symptoms and just are there for a check. They have no compassion whatsoever.
