My Dad has been at Care age post surgery for 12 days. While the staff is relatively friendly it is apparent they are understaffed. I have visited at various times and meal trays are sitting around from breakfast, lunch or whenever. His room always feels dirty. He isn’t allowed to get up on his own and has spiked himself because no one got there fast enough and then left for hours in his own mess.
