As a Nurse for the last 37 years...I had much trepidation regarding placing my mother here for Rehab....it is older...a bit dated...but very clean. What is important? The care is. They have good staffing...answer call lights...friendly caring people...who really allowed me to NOT worry and sleep at night. Thank you Angie, Kaitlin, Lorrie, Lindsay, Alyssa, Nicole, Michelle, Renata and the most darling little CNA in the world.....of course right now I forgot her name....and the admissions nurse...who was cheerful and funny. My mother needed to have PT after several weeks in the hospital. We found that from the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming. Her Nurse, Val, was fantastic. She was attentive, caring and went the extra mile to make sure mom was doing okay. Kristin, her PT, was so sweet and made sure to get mom to do her PT exercises. Lindsay, her Occupational Therapist, also was great with mom and really worked her. It was a great experience and mom left feeling ready to get back to her apartment and tackle everyday activities.
Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Kindness is key.
