I made an appointment for 8am today. For the past week I was sent daily email and text reminders. I show up early like a fool and sit there for 30 minutes. Nobody ever showed up and I received no call to advise that nobody was going to be there for my test. Beware… do not waste your time with this irresponsible business! They do Not care about you or your time!!
I received a free $45 Mastercard for something I participated in a while back and completely forgot about. The card was real, and this company is legitimate. Highly recommended!
My father recently suffered a heart attack and was referred to this facility for cholesterol studies. Since he is not fluent in English, my brother, who is a U.S. citizen, took time off work to accompany him and assist with translation. Since I received a message about my text results. The facility and I have been playing phone tag I can't be reached they cannot be reached we leave messages for one another still we miss the calls I do hope someone gets back to me as soon as possible I am curious to know if they are any health issues thank you
