I came to access because they were offering a free lab to check for Alzheimers. I was really scared to take the lab because Alzheimers runs in my family. The main reason I went for the free lab is for that test. I was very disappointed to find out that they did not draw the lab eventhough I met all qualifications for the lab. I spoke with them to see if they would rectify the situation. No one ever contacted me. I went back to the office. No such luck.

Adah and staff are very personable and knowledgeable. They provide clinical trials locally that patients would have to travel out of town for. They spend time educating patients and families.

With Alzheimer’s effecting my Dad I was very much interested in the Care Access testing. It was a pleasant experience working with the staff. They were informative, friendly and prompt with results.

Care Access has brought trials to my area that patients would otherwise have to travel for. Their team does a wonderful job at educating the community and answering any questions the community may have.

This was a very pleasant experience. From the first phone call that involved an interview of your health to the walk in process at the clinic. The staff was very professional, easy-going, and very informative. The staff made you feel secured and very detailed with the information that was given to you, also very helpful.
