All around great from start to finish!
Very polite and professional
I had a great experience with Care Access. I was greeted in a pretty office by Valeria, who has a lovely smile. She showed me around, asked if I'd like a beverage or snack. We then went into an immaculate office where Valeria talked about the mission plan of Care Access and what my trial would entail. Her blood draw was gentle (no bleeding or bruising and I'm on blood thinners). Once my results were back Valeria called me.
