Took my dog to get flea, tick, and heartworm medication prescription and they told me that they can only use the script online. I ordered through an online company as they told us to do i.e. (1800petmeds, chewy, etc) right away; exactly what the vet assistant said to do. The script phone number is different than the care-a-van phone number and the "script people" said they have a "PARTNERSHIP" with the care-a-van. It has now been over a month and we have called and left multiple voicemails and calls with no return calls/mess... read more
