As a black customer I felt some type of way. I was told rudely to leave my pet in the car after asking is it okay if I stand to the side while waiting. It is summer time and I also had my child with me. That being said there was a white person standing to the side of the caravan in the grass with there pet from the moment I walked up. This is my first experience doing this. I saw a sign on my way driving home and thought it would be an affordable option that I desperately needed due to how this current economy gas affected me. The staff were on edge and a bit irritable. Not their fault, I'm sure it was a long day and the pet owners were not keeping their pets inside their cars though they were instructed to. This review is for the prescription service only. I paid extra for a prescription so I could get Simparica Trio medication online. I ordered the medication and listed them as vet to contact for approval and they did not respond. I have emailed several times with no response whatsoever. While I do appreciate their convenience and prices, I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and not being able to use the prescription that I had to pay extra for.

I gave a 3 because every other service has been great. If this was the only service I had used I would have given a 1.
I understand people only use this because it’s cheap and you don’t have to have a vet, but they have the worst service I’ve ever seen. They were at Lowe’s in Redbank. They arrived 15 minutes late then they have never asked to weigh my animal before but all of a sudden, now they wanna weigh my animal. The only lady there was very rude to all people not just myself, and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. How do you conduct a business this way?
