I paid extra for a prescription so I could get flea and tick medication online. I ordered medication and listed them as vet to contact for approval and they did not respond. I have emailed several times with no response whatsoever. While I do appreciate their convenience and prices, I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and not being able to use the prescription that I had to pay extra for. I gave a 3 because every other service has been great. If this was the only service I had used I would have given a 1.
I understand people only use this because it’s cheap and you don’t have to have a vet, but they have the worst service I’ve ever seen. They were at Lowe’s in Redbank. They arrived 15 minutes late then they have never asked to weigh my animal before but all of a sudden, now they wanna weigh my animal. The only lady there was very rude to all people not just myself, and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. How do you conduct a business this way?
The Care a Van crew has always been a part of the communities keeping the fur babies safe. I spoke with Jimmy today over the phone and he was personable and helpful! He answered all my questions about my PupPup and I hope he has an awesome day! Thanks yall!
I usually us these people as it is nice to have this available for us but the ones tonight At the redbank lowes are the rudest people I have ever met. Will not be going back to them if these people are there again .
230 pm at Palmetto Supply in Florence....I was second in line the woman handing out clipboard sent me to the back of the line that other latecomers formed.....No organization or manners at this location.I told her that she was quite rude to do this her answer was Ma am I NEED you to form a line.....Thank you for wasting an hour of my day. Did not waste any more time on this disorganized nightmare.
