Gave written contact to remove dead tree and stump. Work done on July 31, filled their trailer and we’re to return to remove final 4 remaining cut tree trunk sections and do stump grinding. I payed them by check at this point, my mistake. Repeated phone calls to leave messages at both numbers provided by them every day since, have NOT PRODUCED any response. I would require the remaining tree trunk sections to be removed and the stump grinding completed or at this point JUST REMOVE THE REMAINING TREE SECTIONS.

This company was hired by my elderly sister, Carolyn, to trim some trees and clear brush/weeds along the garage. Trees were trimmed, including trees/shrubs that were not to be touched. Logs and debris were left for her to clean up. which she is unable to do. After contacting the owner, he came out and agreed it was a bad job and said he would send guys out to finish the job and clean up the mess. This business does not deliver good services. They insisted on being paid even though they did not finish the work. They left brush and wood chips on the property. They did not clean up after themselves. They asked that I call the township to take the brush. When I called to ask them to finish the work, they claim that they were coming but never showed up. I paid them $3200 for a lousy job.

Care A Lot damaged my house siding and window screens extensively with the woodchipper. They took no care to protect from the force of the woodchips putting large holes across the South side of my house. Their representative, Joe, offered to patch the siding with some new panels which would have been an unsightly mismatch to the original color. Hired to cut a tree to the ground and stack up wood on 3/24. Knocked the power out by driving their bucket truck under the line when they were told they couldnt go that way for this very reason. Duke had to come restore power 3 hrs later. At the end of the day owners "grandson" said grandpa wanted to be paid at the end of the day and they would be back tomorrow to finish. What a nightmare. Care A Lot Tree $ Shrub..what a bunch of amateurs. They kept reducing the estimate so they could get me before Christmas. When he approached me the third time he wrote some scribble on his paperwork, it ripped in half as he handed it to me, and he gave me the whole bill. I was warned to take pictures around the yard and not to pay til they were done. I thought I was getting the limbs trimmed as it was a mature tree .
