Friendly welcoming staff you will always receive a hello upon entering the store. I am always asked if I would like some help with anything when a employee is around me. The store is always clean and dog friendly. Every top name product can be found and multiple choices of items for all pets. Prices are great competitive and there are always are sales. I highly recommend this store for dog and all pet owners.

Madison (dog trainer) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve never had a bad experience here. The vet and all staff was very kind.
The groomers here always do a great job. They make my Happy even cuddlier!
The staff is great and always quick at moving the line on the weekends. My poor pup trembles but they hug her and let me love her until it’s over.
Just left here and was told by the manager that they can't price match their own website. I wanted a flea collar that was 43.99 on terror website but 54.99 in store. I was told they can't price match because of shipping costs to get products to store. Really? Will get it somewhere else, waste of a trip.
