We had the misfortune of hiring Mr. Cardy to assist our son right before his health diagnosis and complications. We were confident after the initial phone call and while we are sympathetic to his struggles and believe he did have adequate knowledge of the system, he was horrible at communication. We had to chase him constantly. I'm very skeptical at the legitimacy of the other reviews for Mark here. I'm writing this only to hopefully guide others from having the same experience I had to endure with this guy. He started out sounding quite knowledgeable and responsive and instilled confidence in dealing with a traffic ticket issue. That quickly went downhill after providing him his fee. I have never been so impressed with a person and their performance in their field/craft. I got myself into a fair amount of trouble and received traffic charges. Mark took the worst of situations and walked out with a new lease on life for me. Throughout the entire process I was plagued with doubt and fear.
