Our heater stopped working late yesterday afternoon. I tried to restart it according to the owners manual to no avail. Called Cardwell this morning and scheduled service. Eric came out in the early part of the window and worked to solve the problem, which he did within a little over two hours. Along the way he educated us about what caused the problem and made some recommendations to avoid it in the future. Eric was diligent in not broadly and snow into the house.
