We were in need of a recliner that was soft, and easy to operate for a precious lady who was battling different sicknesses, and too weak to operate most of them. Bill and his staff bent over backwards in trying to find exactly what we were needing! She just cried with relief when we found the one she could operate. Thank you all so much. This is the second recliner she’s had from you all, and we’re just thankful for them both. God bless.
