They never cut the grass. It was often knee high during the summer, with snakes and insect infestations. Rude, obnoxious, and very UNPROFESSIONAL staff. If you have ANY other options, I suggest taking something else. These people, and their staff are vultures. 0 stars would be my rating if it were possible.
Sold our account to a collections agency even though we have paperwork from them stating that we no longer owed rent after leaving our lease early.
I have never meet nicer people. I love them all. Very respectful and extremely helpful. I am currently in the second house that I have rented from them. When I get to the point of buying a home it will be with them. I recommend them to everyone.
Dishonest, disrespectful, and very rude rental property managers.
Very rude not able to speak with accounting to discuss late fees charged when not late. After going into office to speak with accounting Judy was very rude and unprofessional. Very longtime tenant and this is the second time this has happened. 1st time could not give papwork to prove fees this second time I was able to get a printout of account but fees charged earlier then what policy had been prior to their change in February. Once lease up will not be renewing and would not recommend to anyone.
