I was treated unfairly I am still alive but most days I wish I wasn't I am still trying to survive. I just want to say I am a survivor. I have been out of the relationship for over 30 years. CARDV was just starting to develop when I was in this very violent relationship and I did not have much information to reach out to anyone. Things have changed over the years and for the better. My advice is to reach out to someone, anyone. If you do not know the person that may even be a better and safer encounter. It is one of the hardest things I had to live through in my life.
