RecommendedFantastic!! Website is very user friendly, so many different options to choose from to customize your product. Printing process was crazy quick, I ordered the cards on Wednesday, they were printed and shipped out by Thursday, and I received them in office on Monday! They are amazing, we purchased birthday cards to send out to our clients. Our office will definitely be using Cards Direct again in the future!! Thank you. 😃
Bought over. $250 worth of Christmas cards with peel and stick envelopes. The vast majority of the envelopes had no adhesive on them!! Do not order from this company!! We had to buy double sided tape and put on every card because I couldn't wait for this so called company to resend envelopes!!
The quality of the product is very good but the website is quirky and difficult to use. This is my fifth year ordering cards and customizing them through the website. Every year I reach a level of frustration and say, “never again”. Yet I come back for the same torture every year. This year another associate in my office did the customization. Third year ordering from CardsDirect for my company. Always good quality cards and easy ordering process. This year, there was a glitch, and if it weren't for the excellent customer service, I would have bailed and dealt with another company. But everyone had a great attitude, and didn't act all put out having to work with me. Very much appreciated, and would recommend them!!
Great quality cards and great customer serv
We have ordered cards from CardsDirect for several years now. As a result, we have accumulated over 500 extra, unused envelopes. We would rather not waste our money and natural resources and just use this surplus of envelopes for our next order but they will not let us. If we order cards, we have to take the corresponding amount of envelopes that come with them. Looking elsewhere for our card orders this year.
