A really good experience. I arrived, 10 minutes I had an appraisal that was OK and they gave the opportunity to go to CarMax on the other side of the street. CarMax gave me a better offer and I called Michael and he covered by $500. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. I highly recommend them. !
