Worst customer service, worst technical service, extremely long wait times to even be able to talk to a representative! Canceled my account, or so I thought in June after not being able to use their terminal since March... .. So canceled it again or so I thought! Bills kept coming! I am still waiting for my refund of $124 which was approved a week ago but was just told it will take up to 30 days to send it to me! Terrible company! Terrible service!
2 days now and cannot accept credit cards. Call and get pushed off to the next person and then the next. No one will correct the problem.
Card Payment Solutions is an excellent company. They believe in providing Merchant, with the lowest possible rates. Their core values that are taught to Independent Sales Agents are: always be truthful, go above and beyond for your merchants, to be polite and positive and to explain everything so the Merchant understands everything.
