Cardoza Properties allows homeless people and homeless encampments to be on their Santa Rita Square property in Pleasanton. This is an inconvenience to shoppers: the homeless panhandle and block the sidewalks, leave a large amount of trash and are a safety issue to both people that shop there and the employees that work there. I have notified them multiple times. Chris the individual who is the property manager of that property at Cardozo properties has been completely ineffective to deal with this matter.
We met Reka and Phil Cardoza on Friday the 13th of September to talk about what to do before we left our business after 34 years. To our surprise they gave us a hearthful relief like a cool breeze from above. We had met Reka before it and she facilitated the departure for us and Phil came. She did mail the deposit check to us yesterday after she called us. She is warm at heart and open minded from her eyes .
