I lost my job and had to apply for Section 8 housing. All the places I found were disappointing with horrible options. A friend referred me to Cardon Real Estate and I spoke to Angelica Torres and she found a reasonable home that wasn’t completely deteriorated. Angelica answered all my questions and was always available any time I called for an appointment.
Cardon Real Estate is the best property management company in El Paso. I was worried that my property would be neglected but Cardon R.E. has taken excellent care in screening tenants, making sure that I receive updates on repairs and depositing my funds on a timely basis. Their “make-ready” services are first-rate and they are awesome at coordination and documentation of everything. They do all the worrying for me which makes my life happier.
