My rating is a 4 because although my actual experience with Monica and Leslie were a 5, my experience leading up to the screening was quite disappointing. I received conflicting instructions on my pre-procedure prep from 3 different office staff members only to later learn, all three were incorrect. With the number of these procedures managed by this office, I don't understand how, nor why, the talk track is not the same based on the procedure scheduled.
