Communication on behalf of Carole is nonexistent. "We assume your referring doctor would be in touch with you". WHY? I'M CALLING HOUR ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANSWERS! She did the typical, Blame the other party instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes and terrible way of dealing with patients. I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the last one left. Even if it was, they won't call you back until you get a bit more aggressive with your voice mails.
