I have been trying to get ahold of this office for two weeks, with phone call attempts multiple times a day. I am unable to schedule a procedure with my gastroenterologist without the signed clearance form from this office that was sent to them WEEKS ago. What’s worse is that my gastro’s office has been attempting to contact them and left voicemails for weeks as well. It is completely unprofessional and unacceptable at this point. We have been going to Cardiovascular Institute of Orlando for several years now. They are always incredibly kind, helpful and even in a last-minute need- they work us in as they are able. From Dr. Dara, Dr. Caines to their nurses and especially the front desk staff- everyone goes above and beyond to help their patients. We highly recommend this practice!
