Completely satisfied. Dr. LANNA very knowledgeable, attentive and explains things well. He also has a good bedside manner.
The woman I saw today was incredibly rude. I have memory issues and I'm autistic, so when she told me something and I asked if she could write it down for me, she gaped at me for a moment and went "It's very simple." I stared back at her in disbelief, and I go, "Yes, I have memory issues." She kind of rolls her eyes, leaves the room, and comes back.
