I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk representative named Barbara during my recent visit. While waiting for my appointment, I overheard her make a rude and unprofessional comment, saying they needed to “hurry up and do something” with me before she had to “kick me out of the office.” This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. Almost 3 hours waiting at the front desk, Ridiculous!
The staff was very understanding when I didn't wake up on time for my appointment. I was able to go within the next hour for my echocardiogram. I was very happy about that.
Please don’t pay attention to the two 1starr reviewer. One is mad because new medication made them feel weird when it is clear they just don’t want to believe that they have High Blood pressure and yes, the drugs to treat that take some time to get used to and the other seems to just be overreacting and frankly making things uo.
