The staff and Dr's. take time to talk with you and treat you more like a person than than a paycheck. Dr. Gao is outstanding.
I usually see Dr. Hyatt in Duluth but tried his Snellville office this time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting room was roomy and smelled pleasant. Had a TV on in the waiting room so you had something to watch. I wouldn't mind coming to this office again 😃
I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk representative named Barbara during my recent visit. While waiting for my appointment, I overheard her make a rude and unprofessional comment, saying they needed to “hurry up and do something” with me before she had to “kick me out of the office.” This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role.
