I don't blame the staff but rather the person who keeps trying to replace people with technology. All it does is create chaos and confusion. I kinda feel bad for them.
I LOVE my Dr. She looks like me and that gives me comfort & makes me feel like I'm being seen and taken seriously. The staff is friendly & you're always kept informed and included in your care. 10 outta 10 recommend!!
