First visit, not so good. I had a question....I asked the question...The women at the front desk told me to ask another woman that works in the office because she didn’t deal with that. I said okay where do I go to find out? She pointed the woman sitting literally 5 inches away! Inches! Not feet! Seriously! They could train a monkey to do a better job! WTF!

The Doctors are good but the administration is JUST TERRIBLE! They don't answer the phone, if they do you get transferred around, they don't really know were to send you and then you end up in a answering machine! And after that they never return your call! Then you start the process again and will be lucky if get a follow up appointment after a week of this! This is by far the worst experience so far!

Just had my first visit. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Prasad is easy to talk to...and that counts for A LOT. He has a good sense of humor and comes straight to the point. I arrived, addressed my problem, discussed what needs to be done and was out of there! Nothing better than a quick office visit!
