Customer Service is terrible. They put me on hold for six minutes and when they got back to me, they put me back on hold again as I was trying to explain my situation. I went to see one of the doctors for a check and after my appointment, they had informed me that one of the receptionists would give me a call to make a follow-up appointment. It has been about two weeks now and I still have not received a call. Thus, for this phone call, which got me nowhere because I had to hang up from waiting too long.
Dr. Patel has been my father's cardiologist as has provided excellent and personally involved care. We trust his ability and opinions and are impressed with his personal involvement. We are fortunate to have him as my Dad's doctor.
