The staff is absolutely horrible. I had an 8 am stress test appointment, but I received a call the day before that my appointment was canceled. They told me that my insurance had not gotten back to them regarding my approval, and I needed to call them to ask about the approval. I called my insurance, and they told me the request had only been sent the day before (2 days before my appointment). My appointment has been on the books for over a month.
