Wife’s appointment was scheduled for 1:30. It’s now 2:20 and still haven’t been seen. The receptionist started playing dumb when asked how much longer and then raised her voice. That lady shouldn’t be dealing with people.
If you are late to an appointment you will not be seen. That is true for many doctors. What I can't understand is how they are so disrespectful of a patients time. If your appointment is at 2 it should start at 2. Very unprofessional.
Had to drive my sister to the appt cuz she was havibg car trouble. When we found the general area, we couldnt find the bldg bcuz lack of decent signage. I called the doctors office fir directions. On answering the phone I got an immediated "hold please" then etwrnal hold. I called numberius times n sane thing. I got tired of wasting gas cruising the parking lot, so i parked n we walked.
