Had to drive my sister to the appt cuz she was havibg car trouble. When we found the general area, we couldnt find the bldg bcuz lack of decent signage. I called the doctors office fir directions. On answering the phone I got an immediated "hold please" then etwrnal hold. I called numberius times n sane thing. I got tired of wasting gas cruising the parking lot, so i parked n we walked. I was seen quickly and efficiently. EVERYONE greeted me with a smile.
Lobby was empty and staff was courteous and friendly. We didn't have a long wait either.
