I have literally had the worst experiences here and I’m usually very understanding. My very first visit I waited in the lobby for an hour and 15 minutes before I was called and they told me they didn’t “realize” I was still waiting and somehow I was accidentally skipped over. I watched every person who came in after me get called to the back and they only waited minimum 15 minutes. Dr. Christina Paruthi and the team at Cardiovascular Care - Baylor St. Luke’s are the best. Not only do I get in to my visit with no problem or wait, but the attention to detail and the friendliness of the reception, and medical assistant makes you feel right at where you feel you should be. I believe that everyone there has great energy and they make it really easy to have positive thoughts.
