This place is so crowded in commercial and everything so automated it sucks. I’m gonna look for a different part place. This place really really sucks.

Extremely disappointed in this practice. They have some of the best providers, but their inability to call very sick patients back is absolutely insane. If you are looking for a practice that cares about their patients, will call back to send them to ER, or schedule pertinent procedures efficiently, this is NOT that practice. Dr. Grossman, Dr. Panico and Jamie Harris, NP are PHENOMINAL, but their staff will be the end of their exemplary careers. Medical team is a 5; the rest of the admin staff doesn't even make it to 1. The laziest most incompetent back office staff I've ever encountered. They sit on docs orders until you call to find out what the hell is going on and you find out nothing is going on. Not once, not twice, this is the 3rd test docs have ordered that absolutely nothing has been done. Order just sitting there for 9 days. Not forwarded to scheduling. One day, CVAM is gonna get sued for malpractice and it will be deserved.
