Friendly helpful staff, nurses and technicians! With knowledgeable experienced doctors that take time during office visits and to get to know their patients and their needs.
Love my electrophysiologist Dr. Panico. Very thorough and educates you about all procedures. Energetic, educated, empathetic expert saved my life. Only issue is sometimes front office staff makes you feel like just a number. And financial matters should never be discussed in public where all the other patients can hear.

I’ve completely lost trust in this practice. My father has had two strokes, and cardio care is essential—not optional or delayed. We’ve been going to the Gantzel location, and it has been nearly impossible to speak with someone, receive a same-day response, or even get a reply through their own patient portal. I was explicitly promised I would be dialed in for today’s appointment after a serious message and phone conversation with the nurse. That never happened. No call. No follow-up. Nothing.
