I’ve completely lost trust in this practice. My father has had two strokes, and cardio care is essential—not optional or delayed. We’ve been going to the Gantzel location, and it has been nearly impossible to speak with someone, receive a same-day response, or even get a reply through their own patient portal. I was explicitly promised I would be dialed in for today’s appointment after a serious message and phone conversation with the nurse. That never happened. No call. No follow-up. Nothing. No one there seems to know what is going on,I scheduled procedures,then I’ll get a call that it has all been changed,very frustrating
The doctor I see is fantastic and I would give him 100 stars. It is impossible to get through to procedure scheduling. I have been calling and getting voicemail with no response for several weeks. Meanwhile my arteries are not getting any less clogged.
