I have been trying to speak with procedure scheduling. What a nightmare every time I call I get a recording unavailable. I leave my phone number for a call back 3 times never a call. Today I spoke with the main scheduling office the women I spoke with told me she was transferring me to speak with a live person. I was hung up on I called back and the person I spoke with said she was transferring me to a live person. She transferred me to the recording of we can’t take your call right now. I give up poor customer service.

I was told I could leave after asking the tech to turn the air that was on full blast down before she put in a post in my arm. The lady treated me with prejudice and hate immediately when she saw me and took me to the back area. She said she called me 3 times and got an attitude out of nowhere. People that hate have serious issues and need mental help I will never go to that particular office again

Poor patient care or relations. Office manager (Brittany) does not return calls for patient concerns. The cardiologist was very dismissive and not a good listener. Glad to be going to another practice.
