First, let me say that Dr Najafi is an excellent provider, and well respected by patients and peers alike. Unfortunately, due to the ineptitude of the office system and/or staff, my husband has been unable to see him for his last 3 visits. His visit has been ‘automatically cancelled’ 3 times. Doctor was great, but they do not answer the phone or return calls!! Terrible office!! I had to reschedule a test and kept calling and calling but no answer, not even voice-mail picked up. This went on for days, so I gave up. It is now 4 months later and I still have not had these tests. I had another cardio event last night. Tried to reach them today, and again- constant busy signal. The doctors and PA’s are great. Office staff not so good. My wife called for an appointment and when she gave the receptionist her Medicare info and her Cigna supplement insurance info, the receptionist told my wife they do not accept Cigna supplement insurance. I know that is wrong. If a physician accepts Medicare then they have to accept the supplement insurance.
