They have never once contacted the insurance company for doctor authorization. Not without having to be reminded of their obligation as Healthcare providers. Still waiting on them to do their job and fill my mother's prescription from a week ago. Will definitely file a lawsuit when her heart fail from lack of meds.
They have taken great care of me
Doctors are great. Staff needs to be replaced, not all but some need to be removed for a greater patient experience.
There’s a lot of bad reviews but I had nothing but a positive interaction. The office personnel were friendly and professional. The doctor was very formative and helpful.
