Im having a difficult time getting anyone in this practice to respond to portal messages or phone messages. I understand our healthcare workers are particularly taxed these days and I appreciate their work and care. I do believe though that it is reasonable to receive a response to follow up questions within 48 hrs. I have waited 2 wks now (2 portal messages and 2 phone calls and no response). This no response is disappointing and inappropriate for a health care practice.
