I took my father to the murrieta office for a consultation last week with Dr Messenger and endured a long wait time however his nurse Alexis was very kinda and apologetic. Dr messenger was very friendly and worth the wait.
Saw Dr Tait. Pleasant Dr. who has a good understanding of athletes and their health needs.
Dr. Parekh is amazing. I’ve had a great experlence with him. However, Vianca at the front desk in the Murrieta office is beyond rude. When checking in she asked me how I’d like to pay my copay, cash or card, and I said cash. I handed her 2 $20 bills (copay was $30) and she took it then handed it right back and said oh I don’t have change. I said oh, ok. She then said don’t you have a card? I said no, I don’t. Ridiculous. Been trying for weeks to get a hold of this clinic for my results. Service was good by the doctor but the after care is terrible.
