My experience and that of the other reviewer could not have been more different. I found the nurse(s) to be cordial, my wait time only 20 minutes, and Dr. Simpson to be personable and informative. He assuaged my concerns without dismissing them. In fact, he ordered another test just to be sure of his initial impressions and even told me what my cost would be (even though the test was to conducted elsewhere).
Extremely inattentive doctor and inexperienced staff. Staff couldn't draw blood and was not familiar with specific test procedures, which resulted in inconclusive tests. Dr. Simpson made decisions following inconclusive testing which lead to other severe side effects (prescribed medicine side effects in addition to current illness).
