Dr. Alter is very polite and the staff is as well. I had an EKG done and the nurse explained what it reads and how and I was happy to know because I really never knew why this test is important... Thank You
This practice does not answer its phone! No way to reach them to cancel appointment. Really doesn't deserve 1 star (should be 0) but wanted to record this terrible service. No way to contact them - their website is St Vincent's Hospital but when I contacted the hospital, they provide only the same phone number which is not answered.
