I don’t know who thought that switching from St Joseph to Crouse was a good idea but when you call from something and you’re on hold for over a hour that is not good practice.

Can I just start by saying dr. Sabang seems nice enough but when you're in the office she will say one thing and will do another once you're out... I went in with a bad back ... I pulled some muscles maybe slipped a disk ? I don't know because all she did was come in ask me what was wrong - told her I had been playing in the pool with my daughter a week before and haven't been able to move properly since ... Since the phones have been outsourced, I have been on hold at least an hour on four different occasions and I can't talk to anyone. I finally saw a provider on Monday. I was supposed to get a script for PT but the script that was in the patient portal was a mess. Said it was for antibiotic therapy and not Physical therapy. I can't get it corrected. I am beside myself. This is a nightmare. A case of putting the bottom line before the patient.

Why is it so difficult to get test results! I’m paying for these procedures and no one contacts you. I call leave message, no response. Hopefully not serious I guess , why pay for these and not get results. Been in pain for months finally testing, week goes by no results, have to keep calling. Why pay
