We booked our appointment a month ahead and received a phone call a week before asking for us to reschedule due to doctor personal reasons. We agreed and had it moved to the next available appointment. Only upon our arrival to our appointment, were we notified that our appointment had been cancelled without notification. They continued to inform us that no available appointment for the next 2 months.
