Extremely poor! First stress test was unreadable and had to be repeated a week later. The patient asked that his wife accompany him and was refused. Technician was very abrasive.
This place is awful. Front desk girl is as mean as they come. Sham of a place.
The receptionist was not friendly at all and seemed almost angry that she had to check us in. The technician was friendlier, but did not shave a big enough area for the patch and she didn’t clean the area after shaving. This resulted in numerous alarms and warnings stating that the monitor wasn’t working. Called customer support and was advised to charge the unit and to reshave /clean the area and reapply the patch.
They were great and Patrick was able to stick me first try!
