Doctors are great but TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE office management!!!! They are rude, don't want to help and don't care about your health in the slightest.They are constantly making mistakes with either paperwork or scripts and trying to get a copy of something is absolutely impossible! The people who answer the phones are rude. Trying to find any one in this place (besides the doctors) who cares is impossible. Where do I begin!? This office is a absolute joke first off staff is aloof and beyond obnoxious they sit behind this plastic walls and watch as old people struggle to sign in to the offices tablets, whatever you do don’t ask for help they will either pretend to not hear you or just be completely annoyed. Considering office staff doesn’t do anything I’m not sure what they get paid for or why they refuse to help people?? My husband came here to see a cardiologist after experiencing irregular heartbeats. He had previously gone to a different cardiologist and was instructed to wear an EKG for a few days and then send it back for the results. They "saw nothing of concern" on the EKG, but he was still feeling the palpitations, so we came here to get a second opinion.
