Dr. Palmer and the rest of the physicians are competent and caring professionals, but the office staff negates any good that they do. They are rude and non-responsive to patients needs. They make the business of doing business with the group virtually impossible and painful. Truly the most non-professional office staff Ive ever tried to deal with in any venue.
