My husband was in the Lehigh Valley Hospital ER today with a HR of 145 due to a flutter. He has had 3 heart procedure from 2021 thru 2022. The Doctors treating him at CCP are amazing, unfortunately, when you call to make an appointment, you must deal with rude, ignorant and unprofessional people. Before being checked out of the ER today, they wanted to insure that my husband had an appointment with his Cardiologist. Provider was very genuine and informative. The front desk and nurse were very friendly and professional. I had no issues making an appointment. Just waited about an hour after my scheduled time to be taken back. Otherwise, my experience was good.
I was nervous reading these reviews. Fortunately for me they must have addressed these problems. My Appt. couldn't have gone smoother. I was checked in right away, everyone was nice and knew what to do, and I was done in and out in what seemed like a short time. This may be where I go for my everyday Appt's
