DO NOT GO HERE! my first appointment I told the doctor I was having severe pain from the medication and the doctor told me it was in my head that this medication dosent cause joint pain even though it’s listed as one of the major side effects and when I stopped taking the medication I no longer had the pain. So I really don’t take the time to write reviews however after my last experience it has motivated me to do so. Had an appointment today,January 28th. Took time off from work and drove out to there office on on 2664 Ridgeway Ave Rochester NY. Walked in and went to check in. Was quickly told they canceled my appointment because I didn’t respond to a text!!!! The office staff went above and beyond to accommodate my appointment needs. The advice given over the phone was professional and compassionate. This offuce in Greece is a great location with ample parking.
