Billing for services never received - My daughter didn't visit this clinic at all in 2024. She had two appointments in 2023 and cleared all dues by October 2023. But then, out of nowhere, we received a bill for service on January 31, 2024, a time when she was away at college and didn't see the doctor or undergo any tests. When I brought this up, they suggested the doctor may have reviewed her records on that day, which seems highly unlikely. BEWARE! I received a bill for a catherization from this clinic on Oct 18, 2023. On October 18, 2023 I was at work. I have never been to this Cardiology Clinic nor had I ever heard of the doctor listed on the bill. They had also billed my insurance company. I called the insurance company and we had a conference call with the clinic where the lady acknowledged that I had never been in their facility but that she couldn't do anything about it because billing was handled separately.
