Well...as long as your not going to die soon, you'll probably be ok. I was discharged from the hospital and told to follow up with this cardiologist office. I didn't even get to finish what I was saying before I was cut off and told they wouldn't have an appointment until March. Sad, just sad. 10 out 10, would NOT recommend this office!!
Horrible. My heart is skipping beats all day long, my monitor results have been back for 8 weeks, message after message. No call. Avoid Dr. Shah
My husband and I are patients of this practice. The providers are fine. However, the office staff is horrendous! Calls are put on hold for over 20 minutes then transferred to another voicemail, voice mail messages are never responded to or the calls are dropped. This has happened multiple times over the last few years but it has become worse since MedStar took over. And the staff continues to blame the new computer system which is no longer new.
