Edit 1/25/22. I must update my review. I was adimant with the receptionist that she put me through to the person who makes his appointments. I explained I needed a pre-surgery clearance that was time sensitive. She put me on hold, came back and told me that Monica would pick me up asap. Monica promptly made me an appointment for the next business day. They had noted all of my previous calls. So the old saying that 'the squeaky wheel gets the grease" still hold true. Back to 5 stars.
